Position: Public Relations Officer
Our company is seeking to hire a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with proven experience in public relations and government services, meeting the following requirements:
Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing and completing all company-related transactions and procedures with government and private entities, ensuring full compliance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The role includes handling all employee-related matters such as visas, work permits, and residency, as well as coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in public relations within the UAE.
- Thorough knowledge of all procedures related to contracts, immigration, and passports.
- Full awareness of transactions with government authorities such as: Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship (GDRFA), Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), municipalities, and embassies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to complete transactions accurately and within deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with government electronic systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Note: Male candidate – UAE National or GCC National only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up and complete company transactions with government and private entities.
- Renew, cancel, and issue visas, work permits, and residence permits.
- Handle all employee-related procedures from recruitment to end of service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Position: Junior Male Accountant
Skills and Work Experience Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
- Minimum of 2 years college diploma in accounting.
- NO UAE experience ( But at least 2 years of practical accounting experience origin country)
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, EXCEL, and Outlook).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Good written and oral communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and to complete assignments within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and professional Communication skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
